Given that in this Digital Era, all aspects of life are facilitated by Technology, many people are complacent about it and even depend on it, including one of them in their thesis work. Especially this year, a Robot or arguably Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged, and this AI appears to make human life more accessible. A small example of a well-known AI is ChatGPT, where this ChatGPT allows users to create everything, for example, a thesis, by giving orders to ChatGPT to create Background, Problem Formulation, and the like using their language. Of course, this is good and makes it easier to do a thesis, but the lousy impact is that we will need to understand the process of doing a theory and its systematic depth.
This is what the Communication Studies Program, FISIP UNIKOM, is concerned about in the future for graduates. This activity is hoped to provide an understanding related to Plagiarism to Communication Science Study Program Students so that they do not use shortcuts to do their thesis.
Plagiarism is always a problem that occurs. How not? We already feel our writing is plagiarism-free because we write it ourselves without copying and pasting. Still, when Turnitin checks, it is even exposed to high plagiarism. Therefore, in this activity, several things are discussed, starting from good Indonesian grammar to writing a correct thesis according to the Communication Science Study Program standards and free from Turnitin Plagiarism.
