Ethics of communicating with lecturers

- Greeting & introduce yourself (Especially in the first communication. Mention your name, student number, and class if you communicate through email provide a clear subject
- Explain your goals or needs (don’t forget to use standard and polite language
- Closing statments (To the point, no need to be long. consider photo and name on the accounts that use to communicate with employees and lecturers)
Be positive! if you don’t get reply immidiately or if you get a brief reply because there could be other activities.
(Morning and afternoon is the best time to communicate.)
